How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?

Call, send us an email, with your date, time, and location or fill in your booking information on the booking page. We'll respond letting you know if it is available.

Where do you operate?

We operate in Central West Ontario including the parts of Toronto ( GTA) 

How many people can play at once?

We recommend Birthday party size is 8-16 players.

We have the capacity for up to 40 players at the same time using our Trailer and VAN at events. 

How do I know the Trailer or Van can come to my house?

Our driver is a professional, they can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn't a very sharp hill, and there is enough room to park we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, or parking lot! 

Do I request certain games?

We require that if you want games above ESRB -Teen you send us an e-mail or list them when booking.

What about bad weather?

We come rain or shine, cold or hot, our  GamingTrailer is equipped with Heat and A/C for your comfort.  

Our Gaming Van is Heated and comes equipped with Twin turbo Fans for cooling. Safety is our priority, rest assured we only operate under safe conditions.

Question: Do I tip the Driver or Game Coach ?

Gratuity is not required, it is encouraged and appreciated if you feel our team has exceeded your expectations. 

Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a deposit or arrange to drop off your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time are still open for booking by others. Please call to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception, and we can talk about options.

What time will you be arriving?

Our driver  arrives with plenty of time to setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 15-60 minutes ahead of time.

Do we need to sign a liability release form?

Yes, however we make it easy for Hosts to sign just one liability release form if they agree to accept full responsibility for any incidents or damages for all players or guests. All players and guests include any person on or off the homeowner's property who engages with 905 GAME ZONE, whether invited or not. If the host waives the option to accept full responsibility, then it is up to them to collect and provide signed liability release forms for all guests before the event or party begins.
